Doctor of Economic Sciences from Universitat de Barcelona, she is a senior professor at the UOC, vice-rector of Competitiveness and Employability at this university from 2019 to 2023, and rector from April 2023. She has served as vice-decan of the Catalonian College of Economists since November 2021 and a member of the Economic Policy Advisory Council of the Generalitat of Catalonia. Her research areas are financial harmonization processes, management control systems and the transformative impact of higher education on employability given the complexity of work dynamics in the current context.
