Doctor in the Information and Knowledge Society at the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya (UOC). Master degree in Information Society from the UOC and Bachelor degree in Economics from the Universitat de Barcelona. Since 2001, he has been a professor of Economics in the Economic and Business Studies (UOC). His areas of expertise include economic theory, focusing on microeconomics and economic structure, specifically the Spanish and world economies. His research interests lie in labour economics, emphasising occupation changes resulting from various technological revolutions. He has published several materials, chapters, and articles on these topics and is a research fellow of the I2TIC group.
